Fix Up House is a Handyman and Contracting company run by Anup Saund as the owner and operator within the business.
Anup has lifetime experience in construction and a wide range of skills for interior and exterior projects. Fix Up House carries $2 million dollars of liability insurance to protect their clients, WorkSafeBC coverage for their workers and come referenced.
We work for Home Depot as trusted and compliance checked professionals and do lots of fencing and decking work year to year.
We produce care reports for our clients to show what we have done and why. We find this useful for realtors when they are selling client homes and for strata councils when they would like more details on what was done and why.
Our clients appreciate the extra effort and we like producing the reports so it has become our standard practice and our unique selling point.

We create a calendar entry - invite in the property owner and work with an on-site contact if required.
We take before and after photographs - because we know it's important to be able to look back at work completed in the future.
We work very carefully to handle material, clean up and organize ourselves in the most efficient way possible to get a good clean finish on what we do.
