The visibility gap

A busy site creates information. It doesn't always create clarity.

When site information lives in personal messages, camera rolls and memory, small gaps become delays, repeated questions and difficult handovers.

Photos scattered through WhatsApp

Inconsistent inspections

Poor communication

No project history

Residents asking for updates

Difficult handovers

Missing documentation

Safety observations disappearing

The SiteOps record

One operating rhythm. One reliable project history.

SiteOps connects structured inspections, photos, drone updates, daily reporting and stakeholder communications so the right people can see what happened, what needs attention and what comes next.

Aerial progress visit

Give stakeholders the site view they can't get from an email.

A polished, branded progress video creates a useful visual record across large roofs, multiple buildings and hard-to-see work areas.

Weather and legally permitted airspace determine whether a flight can proceed. Aerial progress footage is documentation only—not an engineering inspection.

Field example

One clear record across a multi-building roofing project.

On a large, occupied roofing site, each day creates questions: which areas are complete, what materials are moving next, which deficiencies remain, and what residents need to know. SiteOps turns those moving parts into an organized operating record.

Daily site reports combine current progress, housekeeping observations, photo evidence and planning notes. Drone footage and progress graphics help stakeholders understand work across multiple buildings, while site meetings, signage and materials organization keep the field plan connected to resident communications and the next day's work.

The result: a more visible project with a consistent history for contractors, property managers and council members—without exposing confidential client or property information.

Talk through your project
Can I use this without Anup?

Yes. SiteOps Digital is specifically designed for your staff to complete inspections after the system is configured and users are trained. Managed service is available when you need hands-on site support.

Are videos public?

No. Aerial progress videos are delivered through an unlisted YouTube link by default, so they do not appear in public search or on a public channel page.

Can videos remain private?

Yes. We can discuss the appropriate delivery and access approach for sensitive projects. The selected method should match the stakeholders who need access.

Can reports be branded?

Yes. SiteOps Digital includes branding and branded email reports so documentation looks consistent when it reaches clients, managers and councils.

Can checklists be customized?

Yes. Checklists and reporting workflows are configured around your work, inspection points, responsibilities and handover needs.

Can property managers receive reports?

Yes. Reports and shareable progress links can be routed to property managers and other approved stakeholders.

Is this only for roofing?

No. Roofing is a strong use case, but SiteOps can support general construction, exterior renewals, maintenance programs and other multi-stakeholder projects.

Is this WorkSafe compliant?

SiteOps is not represented as WorkSafeBC certified or approved, and it does not guarantee compliance. It supports an organization's regular inspection, corrective-action and documentation processes. Each employer remains responsible for its legal and safety obligations.
